Reed Business/Variety

Full disclosure: One of the editors of this site works for Variety, which has undergone a credibility problem as the result of an article in 2001 in Los Angeles Magazine. And as a result of charges made in the article and a subsequent internal investigation by Reed Business (formerly Cahners), which owns Variety, the top editor of Variety was suspended for about a month and set of reforms was announced. To what extent those reforms and policies have been implemented is a matter of debate.
